Doctor of Humanities, Cyberpsychologist, and UX Researcher
I work at the intersection of psychology, technology, and design, bridging academia and business. I design UX research for Polish and global brands, and provide strategic and research support to companies, institutions, designers, and startups. I teach UX research at the UXD/PD postgraduate program at SWPS University. I also mentor emerging talents through the DareIT program.
I am an Assistant Professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice. My research focuses on the factors influencing technology readiness, e-learning, user experience measurement, and the ethical challenges of AI (Artificial Intelligence) development. I teach courses in Product Psychology, Interpersonal Communication, Commercial Tutorial (English track), and diploma seminars. I also have extensive experience coordinating projects funded by NCBiR and the European Commission. My academic contributions include a monograph on technology readiness, numerous scientific publications, conference presentations, and popular science articles (featured in Newsweek, 2+3D, UX Magazine). You can find more details on the Publications page.
In the business domain, I collaborated with the design and research agency Mobee Dick, overseeing and designing UX research for brands like Adobe, mBank, Ailis, PLL LOT, and Kross. Additionally, I have worked as an independent consultant with institutions, designers, engineers, and startups, providing strategic advice, conducting research, and designing services. My past collaborations include, among others, the Fryderyk Chopin Institute in Warsaw, Metropolis GZM, Blank Studio, Silesian Park S.A., the Silesian Center for Information Society, and the Zamek Cieszyn.
